Global Manufacturing Strategy DirectornnGlobal Manufacturing Network Strategy | Pharma / GMPn London based | Hybrid working | International traveln Senior leadership appointment | Package up to approximately £160,000nnAn established international organisation is creating a brand‑new Global Manufacturing Strategy Director position, appointed to the Global Supply Chain Senior Leadership Team.nnThis is a rare opportunity to shape and lead manufacturing strategy at group level, with full accountability for global network design, operational excellence, capital investment and long‑term scalability across a diverse manufacturing footprint.nnThe RolennYou will set and execute the global manufacturing strategy, balancing long‑term strategic planning with hands‑on leadership across operations. The role has significant influence across the business and plays a central part in future‑proofing manufacturing capability worldwide.nnKey responsibilities include:nnDefining and owning the global manufacturing network strategynLeading make vs buy decisions, network optimisation and capacity planningnDriving global operational excellence and Lean transformation programmesnFull ownership of capex governance, prioritisation and multi‑year investment planningnSupporting M&A activity through manufacturing due diligence and post‑acquisition integrationnPartnering closely with senior stakeholders across supply chain, quality, finance and commercial functionsnLeading and developing large, multicultural teams through transformation and changennAbout YounnYou will be a senior manufacturing or operations leader with a strong track record operating at international or multi‑site level within a regulated environment.nnKey experience includes:nnSignificant leadership experience across global or multi‑site manufacturing operationsnProven success shaping and delivering global manufacturing strategiesnStrong knowledge of GMP and global regulatory frameworks, including FDA and EMAnDeep exposure to capex planning, network design and operational excellence programmesnExperience leading large teams through change and transformationnA strategic, commercially minded approach with strong financial acumennnWhat's On OffernnA newly created, highly influential leadership rolenGenuine ownership and autonomy to shape global manufacturing strategynExposure to major investment, transformation and M&A activitynCompetitive senior leadership package up to approximately £160,000nHybrid working with international travelIf you are a senior manufacturing or operations leader looking for a strategic, high‑impact opportunity within a global organisation, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact
