Senior Project Manager – Luxury Hotels & Commercial Offices (PM/EA)n Salary: up to £85,000 + benefitsn Location: London (hybrid)n n The Opportunityn A leading cost and project management consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile luxury hotel and prime commercial office developments in London.n This role sits in a Project Manager / Employer's Agent (PM/EA) capacity, offering exposure to some of the most design-led and quality-driven schemes in the capital. It's ideal for a Senior PM who is comfortable operating in front of demanding clients, architects, and stakeholders, and who takes pride in precision, presentation, and delivery excellence.n Key Responsibilitiesn nActing as Project Manager and Employer's Agent on luxury hotel and office schemes nLeading projects from early design through construction and handover nManaging consultant teams, contractors, and specialist suppliers nActing as the client's representative, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and delivered nOverseeing programme, risk, quality, and governance nManaging procurement strategies and contract administration (typically JCT) nChairing client and project meetings, producing high-quality reporting nSupporting development monitoring, handover, and post-completion activities About Youn This role suits a confident, articulate Senior PM with a strong background in high-end built environment projects.n Essential:n nProven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side environment nExperience delivering luxury hotel and/or prime office developments nStrong Employer's Agent capability nExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills nHigh standards of presentation, organisation, and commercial awareness Desirable:n nExperience working with premium brands, operators, or institutional investors nStrong working knowledge of JCT contracts nMRICS, MAPM, or similar professional accreditation (or working towards) nExperience on complex, design-led schemes in central London Why Join?n nWork on prestigious, design-led luxury developments nJoin a consultancy with a strong reputation in hospitality and commercial real estate nHigh level of autonomy and client exposure nClear progression into Associate and leadership roles nCompetitive salary up to £85k plus a strong benefits package nCentral London base with hybrid working
