They have built a strong reputation through delivery and long-term client relationships. Now, they are looking to strengthen their marketing capability not just to “do more marketing,” but to generate consistent, measurable pipeline.nnThis is a standalone role with real ownership.nnYou will not be handed a rigid plan to execute.

Instead, you will shape the marketing approach, test ideas, and build a function that directly supports business growth.nnSalary & Working OptionsnnThis role is fully remote and offers genuine flexibility depending on what works best for you:nn * Full-time (5 days): Up to £40,000nn * 4 days per week: Up to £32,000nn * Shorter days (e.g. school hours): Around £26,000nnThe key focus is outcomes not presenteeism.nnWhat You Will Be DoingnnThis is a hands-on, commercially focused role. You will be responsible for both strategy and delivery.nn * Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, social)nn * Driving inbound lead generation and supporting outbound activitynn * Owning and improving the website (conversion, messaging, performance)nn * Working closely with sales to align marketing activity with pipeline targetsnn * Managing CRM and marketing tools (campaign tracking, lead journeys, reporting)nn * Measuring performance, tracking ROI, and refining what worksnn * Supporting events, partnerships, and brand positioningnn * Contributing to ongoing brand development and messagingnnWhat They Are Looking Fornn * Experience in B2B marketing within MSP, IT services, SaaS, or a tech-led environment (MSP experience is strongly preferred)nn * A clear understanding of lead generation, MQLs, and pipeline contributionnn * Hands-on delivery experience — this is not a pure strategy rolenn * Confidence working with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics toolsnn * Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaignsnn * Commercial awareness — understanding how marketing drives revenue, not just engagementnnWhy This Role Stands Outnn * Fully remote with flexible working optionsnn * Real ownership of the marketing functionnn * Direct impact on business growth and pipelinenn * Close collaboration with decision-makersnn * Opportunity to shape how marketing is done, not just executennIf you are looking for a role where marketing is taken seriously and where you can influence growth we would be very happy to have a conversation
