Graduate Property ManagernnManchester, Didsbury (HQ)nn24,906nnTemporary, Full TimennClosing Date – Thursday 30th AprilnnAssessment Day – Late May 2026nnFinal Stage Interview – June 2026nnRole OverviewnnReporting to the Operations Manager, you will develop, co-ordinate and ensure delivery of a comprehensive generic housing management service to the Association’s Leasehold and affordable housing properties (included rented and shared ownership) and assist in the design proposals for new developments. you will provide a high-quality, responsive and value-for-money housing management service to our customers and an exceptional “first point of contact resolution” customer experience.nnWhat you’ll be doing as a graduate Property Manager at Great Placesnn· To undertaking regular estate visits and monitoring of service contracts, addressing property and estate management issues ensuring that service is delivered proactively and taking steps to address any contract under performance.nn· To co-ordinate the delivery of a comprehensive leasehold, tenancy and estate management service to a defined neighbourhood or “patch” on a range of issues including rents and rent arrears, tenancy/leasehold management, anti-social behaviours and general housing advice developing effective prevention and intervention services.nn· Ensure responsive and planned repairs carried out to properties are of a high standard, delivered well, within budgets and in accordance with legislative requirements.nn· To be involved in the preparation of service charge accounts and budgets.nn· To deliver value for money and manage resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring that targets (financial and non-financial) are met;nn· To promote Great Places to employers, sector bodies, and the local community, developing effective partnerships with employers, the funding agencies and other representative bodies;nn· To observe all policies / procedures / working practices / regulations and in particular to comply with Great Places Equality and Diversity Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Safeguarding Policynn· To undertake appropriate training and staff development.nn· To identify and develop individual contribution in the delivery of the Great Places competency frameworknnWhat we are looking for……….nn· Someone who will maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive informationnn· Professionalism, integrity and respect for diversitynn· A commitment to understand the challenges and opportunities that exist in the communities in which we work.
