Lead Building Services EngineernnWe are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Building Services Engineers to join our team on a high-profile static site.nnThis role combines hands-on engineering duties with team leadership, client liaison, statutory compliance, and ensuring safe, efficient, reliable site operations.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnTo manage and carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on Mechanical and electrical systems.nFault find and repair building services systems including LV, HVAC, and associated plant.nTo manage and undertake minor works including lamping, basic plumbing repairs, and component replacementsnLead and support a team of engineers on site, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, providing day-to-day direction, mentoring, and performance oversightnReview and complete RAMS, ensuring all works are carried out safelynEnsure all engineering activities meet statutory and site compliance requirementsnSupport incident investigations and implement corrective actions where requirednAct as the client's main point of contact on site for progress, technical issues and escalations.nTo represent the business during site meetingsRequirementsnnProven experience in a Lead Engineer / Supervisor role within Building ServicesnStrong administrative and organisational skills.nStrong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems maintenancenExperience carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault findingnGood understanding of statutory compliance and safe systems of worknAbility to lead engineers while remaining actively involved in day-to-day engineering tasksnExperience completing and reviewing RAMSnStrong client-facing and communication skillsLead Building Services Engineer: – Up to £55,000 basic + Holiday + Benefitsn Contact Nikki at Tech-People (phone number removed) the specialist recruitment agency and business within HVAC, M&E and Utilitiesn n Tech-people are the leading recruitment business and agency within M&E and Constructionn We are committed to attracting and providing a diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which our clients and stakeholders operate, helping to facilitate an environment that enables everyone to fulfil their potential
