Regional HR Business PartnernnEducationnnCoventry with UK wide travelnnHybrid of 2-3 days per week on-sitennClient DetailsnnMichael Page HR are delighted to be partnering with a UK wide Education Charity with Head Office in the Coventry area to appoint for a Regional HR Business Partner to join a busy People team.nnThis role can offer hybrid working of circa 2-3 days on site per week.nnThis role is covering multiple sites around the UK so flexibility to travel will be required to suit business requirementsnnDescriptionnnWorking as part of a busy and growing People team, the role of Regional HR Business Partner will deliver a full range of generalist HR services including supporting to embed the group HR strategy.nnThis will include but not limited to:nnProvide strategic HR support and guidance to regional site leadershipnOversee a wide range of employee relations casesnDevelop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals.nSupport recruitment processes, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.nAdvise managers on performance management and staff development strategies.nAnalyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes.nCollaborate with other HR team members to deliver consistent and effective services.ProfilennA successful Regional HR Business Partner should have:nnA proven background in a similar generalist, multi-site HR Business Partner rolenIdeally you will hold a CIPD qualificationnYou will be comfortable working in a multi-site role with regular UK wide travelJob OffernnCompetitive salary up to £65knCar Allowance nHybrid working
