With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality and attention to detail, they are now seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team.nThis is an excellent opportunity to work within a close-knit, dynamic environment where your contribution will be highly valued and visible across multiple projects.nThe RolenAs Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery by ensuring all documentation is accurately managed, controlled, and distributed. You will also provide general administrative support to both project and commercial teams.nKey ResponsibilitiesnDocument Controln * Set up, manage, and maintain document control systems across live construction projectsn * Ensure drawings, specifications, RFIs, and technical documents are issued, tracked, and stored correctlyn * Maintain document registers, revision control, and distribution logsn * Coordinate document flow between consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teamsn * Ensure only current and approved documentation is in circulationn * Support audit readiness and compliance with company proceduresnOffice Administrationn * Provide administrative support to project and commercial teamsn * Manage correspondence, filing systems, and record keepingn * Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, and preparation of document packsn * Support onboarding of new staff, including inductions and documentationn * Maintain office supplies and assist with day-to-day office organisationnProject & Site Supportn * Assist with subcontractor documentation (insurances, RAMS, accreditations)n * Support the compilation of O&M manuals and handover documentationn * Liaise with site teams to ensure timely document submissionsn * Track key project deadlines relating to documentationnCandidate ProfilenEssentialn * Previous experience as a Document Controller and/or Office Administrator within the construction sectorn * Strong understanding of document control processes and revision managementn * Highly organised with excellent attention to detailn * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)n * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholdersn * Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlinesnDesirablen * Experience using document management systems (e.g.
