Location: London (Hybrid)nnDay Rate: £800-£850 per day (Inside IR35 Umbrella assignment rate) nnRole OverviewnnOur client is undertaking a significant European growth and market expansion programme. We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to support the Programme Manager in delivering key projects that enable this strategy across agreed European locations.nnThis is a hands‑on delivery role requiring strong London Market experience, with exposure to international expansion, regulatory change, and cross‑border operating model delivery.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnSupport the Programme Manager in delivering workstreams aligned to the European growth strategynOwn end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple concurrent initiativesnDefine and manage project scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies and success metricsnCreate and maintain robust project and programme plansnManage resource allocation across the portfolio, proactively addressing capacity constraintsnLead budget creation, tracking and financial governance, working closely with Business SponsorsnConduct change impact and readiness assessments, identifying key stakeholders and delivery risksnAct as a central coordination point, managing internal teams and external partners including: nClaims TPAsnFronting insurersnLloyd's stakeholdersnManage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring mitigation plans are in placenFacilitate and lead workshops, steering meetings and senior stakeholder forumsnMonitor delivery performance, taking corrective action where requirednEnsure all outputs meet agreed quality and governance standardsnEscalate issues appropriately and manage conflict resolution pragmatically and professionally nnRequired ExperiencennProven interim Project Management experience within the Lloyd's of London / London Market insurance environmentnDemonstrable delivery on international expansion, market entry, new product or European growth programmesnStrong understanding of specialty insurance operating models (primary, delegated authority, MGA, underwriting, claims)nExperience coordinating TPAs, fronting partners, syndicates, and group entitiesnExcellent stakeholder management skills, including Board‑level exposurePlease click to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
