Job Title: Special Needs Teacher nArea: Bradford, West Yorkshire nStart Date: ASAP nContract Type: Full-time, Long-term nRate: GBP140 – GBP220 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities) nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm nAbout the School: nAre you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? We are partnering with a fantastic specialist primary school in Bradford, supporting students with a range of complex learning needs, including autism and physical or sensory impairments. nAs a SEND Teacher, youll join a team of dedicated professionals focused on providing high-quality, child-centred education that caters to the individual needs of each student. nAs a SEND Teacher, you will: n· Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching primarily to primary-aged pupils. n· Plan and differentiate engaging lessons that meet EHCP outcomes and developmental milestones.
n· Collaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure a consistent, holistic approach to education. n· Focus on the academic, social, and emotional development of each child, supporting their unique needs. nWhat Were Looking For: n· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
n· Experience teaching in an SEN setting or strong SEN knowledge within mainstream education. n· A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management. n· Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to ensuring every child makes progress.
n· Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students and deliver personalised learning. nTo be eligible, you must: n· Hold Right to Work in the UK. n· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application.
