Mechanical Construction Manager – Central Londonn£60/70k + Travel + Bonus + HealthcarennWe're representing a well-established, privately owned M&E contractor with a turnover of circa £100m, delivering technically complex projects across the commercial fit-out and design & build sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a Mechanical Construction Manager to support delivery on high-profile Central London projects.nnThe RolenReporting into the Project Manager/Project Director, you will take responsibility for the mechanical package on-site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality. Projects are typically commercial fit-out schemes with M&E values up to £20m.nnKey responsibilities include:nnSupervising and coordinating all mechanical site activitiesnManaging subcontractors and direct labour on a day-to-day basisnEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme and project milestonesnDriving health & safety compliance across site (RAMS, permits, etc.)nWorking closely with design and commercial teams to resolve technical and coordination issuesnMonitoring quality of installation and ensuring compliance with specificationsnSupporting commissioning and handover processesThe CandidatenWe're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Construction Manager with strong site leadership experience within the M&E sector.nnRequirements:nnRelevant Mechanical qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)nSSSTS or SMSTS certificationnMinimum 4 years' experience in a supervisory or site management rolenBackground working for M&E contractorsnExperience delivering projects within the commercial sector (fit-out experience highly desirable)nStrong understanding of mechanical services installation and site coordinationThe OpportunitynThis is a great opportunity to join a respected contractor with a solid reputation in the London market, offering long-term career development and exposure to high-value, fast-paced commercial projects.nnPackagennCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)nBenefits packagenOngoing career progression opportunitiesnCentral London project locations
