Mobile Electrical EngineernnLocation: West MidlandsnnJob Type: Full-time, PermanentnnSalary: £46,000 per annumnnWorking Hours: 40 hours per weeknnAbout the RolennWe are currently recruiting for a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team across the West Midlands region.nnWorking within a Facilities Management environment, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance across a variety of commercial client sites. This is a mobile role requiring a proactive and customer-focused individual who can work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and service delivery.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive and proactive electrical maintenance within required timeframesnn * Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs, and installation work across multiple client sitesnn * Support general building services maintenance, including basic fabric, HVAC, and mechanical tasks where requirednn * Participate in the callout rota and respond to emergencies as needednn * Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to the required standardsnn * Issue and manage Permits to Work in line with proceduresnn * Ensure all systems operate efficiently and meet performance standardsnn * Maintain a professional approach and build strong relationships with clientsnnRequirementsnnEssential:nn * Significant experience in electrical maintenance within FM or building services environmentsnn * Experience working within commercial propertiesnn * One of the following qualifications:nn * NVQ 2356 / 2357 with AM2nn * City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installationnn * City & Guilds 236/2360 Electrical Installations Part 1 & 2nn * 18th Edition Wiring Regulationsnn * Full UK Driving LicencennDesirable:nn * Recognised electrical apprenticeshipnn * Inspection & Testing (City & Guilds 2394/2395)nn * JIB Accreditationnn * IPAF / PASMAnnWhat We Offernn * Competitive salary of £46,000nn * Company vehicle (mobile role)nn * Opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of client sitesnn * Ongoing training and career developmentnn * Supportive team environment within a global organisationnnHow to ApplynnIf you are an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer looking for your next opportunity in the West Midlands, we would love to hear from you.
