OverviewnnA high‑quality refurbishment and fit out contractor, recognised for delivering complex commercial projects across London, is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead a flagship £120m redevelopment scheme. The business is experiencing sustained growth and is now taking on larger, more technically challenging schemes, making this a pivotal leadership role within the organisation.nnThe project includes a £50m CAT A fit out, extensive demolition, and façade works, delivered over a 4‑year programme. You will oversee the entire fit out across 10 floors, managing a team of up to 10 Managers, who will be in teams responsible for 2-3 floors depending on complexity.nnThe RolennAs Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of the CAT A fit out phase.
