Passive Fire Protection Project ManagernnLocation: Londonn Salary: £500 – £600 per day n Sector: Infrastructure | Rail | Major ProjectsnnThe RolennWe are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection Project Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-profile infrastructure and rail projects across London.nnYou will take ownership of the design, commercial, and delivery of passive fire packages, working across structural steel, MEP penetrations, and compartmentation within complex live environments.nnThis is a hands-on role managing projects end-to-end, from design coordination through to site delivery and commercial close-out.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnLead delivery of passive fire protection packages across multiple assets/projectsnManage design coordination to ensure compliance with tested details, fire strategies, and British StandardsnAdminister contracts under NEC (NEC3/NEC4), including: nCompensation EventsnEarly WarningsnApplications for PaymentnOversee programme, cost, and resource management (CVR, Earned Value, planning)nCoordinate with subcontractors and internal teams across MEP, structural, and fit-out tradesnEnsure all works meet FIRAS / ASFP standards and successfully pass auditsnProvide technical solutions for firestopping, fireboarding, and intumescent coatingsnManage QA, inspections, and assurance processesnnRequirementsnnProven experience in Passive Fire Protection / FirestoppingnBackground as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or Senior EngineernStrong knowledge of: nCompartmentation and fire strategy drawingsnTested details and certificationnStructural steel fire protection and penetration sealingnExperience working with systems/products such as Rockwool, Promat, Hilti, FSi, British Gypsum, Sherwin Williams (or similar)nStrong understanding of NEC contractsnExperience on rail, tunnelling, or heavy civils projects (e.g. HS2, London Underground, infrastructure)nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsnnDesirablennFIRAS or ASFP accreditation/knowledgenExperience with intumescent coatings and DFT testingnExposure to BIM coordinationnFire engineering or design coordination experiencennWhy JoinnnOpportunity to work on major UK infrastructure projectsnStrong pipeline of secured worknClear progression into senior leadership rolesnCompetitive salary and packagennApplynnIf you are a Passive Fire specialist with strong project delivery experience, we would welcome your application
