We are particularly interested in candidates with strong technical sales experience, a proactive approach to winning new business, and the ability to communicate complex engineering solutions in a clear and commercially effective way.nnPositionnnGlobal Sales Manager – Sales & MarketingnnLocationnnUK (Hybrid) | Market Coverage: GlobalnnPreface:nnTo hire a senior, results-driven salesperson responsible for driving new business, generating demand, and expanding market presence for WSIL solutions in the UK and globally, primarily within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.nnKey Mandatenn• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the UK marketnn• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the global marketnn• Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities with EPC's and end usersnn• Build and execute market entry and expansion strategiesnn• Establish and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholdersnn• Support vendor registration/approvals with major EPCs and end usersnn• Develop and grow strategic/key accounts over timennIdeal Candidate Profilenn• 15+ years of experience with a strong focus on Sales & Business Developmentnn• Proven track record of new business acquisition (hunter profile mandatory)nn• Experience selling engineered solutions / industrial equipment / process systemsnn• Strong exposure to Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industriesnn• Deep understanding of the UK industrial and manufacturing landscapenn• Existing network with EPC's and end users globallynnKey Skillsnn• New business development & pipeline creationnn• Strong commercial acumen and deal closure capabilitynn• Stakeholder management (technical & commercial)nn• Excellent communication and negotiation skillsnn• Ability to work independentlynn• Experience in Marine Loading arms / Truck Loading Arms / Skids would be preferrednnOther Requirementsnn• Willingness to travel frequently around the UK and globallynn• Ability to operate in a cross-cultural, international setupnn• Participate in exhibitionsnn• Should be a techno-commercial personnnEducationnn• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BEng / MEng – Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines) preferred.nnPackagenn• To be negotiated
