Job Title – Security Service EngineernnLocation – Edinburgh/GlasgownnSalary – £38,000nnOverviewnWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Service Engineer to join a leading security integrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems, as well as proven experience in service works and remedial works.nnResponsibilitiesn– Service, maintain, and repair access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systemsn- Perform service works including troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesn- Conduct system testing and provide basic user trainingn- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide effective solutionsn- Adhere to safety standards and company policies while on siten- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely mannernnDay-to-dayn- Service and configure security systems at client sitesn- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesn- Collaborate with clients to ensure their security needs are metn- Complete documentation for all service worksn- Travel to various locations for on-site service and remidial worksnn * Call-out rate £250 per weeknn * 25 days holiday plus bank holidaysnn * Private Healthcare insurancenn * Company Sharesnn * Company vehicle with personal usenn * Enterprise system training ( C-Cure, Lenel, Nedap, Genetec )
