Project Liaison Officernn Nottingham (Hybrid working)n 3-Month Contract Initiallyn⏰ Full-Time – 37 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00)n £16.90 PAYE / £21.94 Umbrellan Start: ASAPnnA local authority client is seeking an experienced Project Liaison Officer to join their Commercial Service team on a short-term contract to cover sickness absence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer engagement and stakeholder management experience within housing, construction, or public sector environments.nnThe RolennYou will act as a key link between customers, tenants, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service delivery across housing-related projects. This is a hybrid role, with a base office and regular on-site/community engagement.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, coordinating responses and ensuring effective resolutionnn * Investigate and manage customer complaints, ensuring they are handled in line with policy and escalated where requirednn * Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders and provide clear written and verbal reports to managementnn * Build strong relationships with tenants and customers, ensuring they are heard and supported throughout project deliverynn * Attend customer inductions, open days, and engagement events, including contractor-led sessionsnn * Support communication around investment programmes and planned works, providing guidance to residentsnn * Record and promote positive customer feedback (compliments) to support service improvementnn * Collect and analyse tenant satisfaction data, identifying trends and supporting action plans to enhance service performancennAbout Younn * Experience in a customer-facing role within housing, construction, or a similar environmentnn * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsnn * Proven ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectivelynn * Confident in report writing and data analysisnn * Ability to work independently and manage a varied workloadnn * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes (essential)nnWorking Arrangementsnn * Hybrid working – office base with regular site visits and community engagementnn * Flexibility required to attend events and meetings as needednnNext StepsnnThis role requires an immediate start, with CVs being reviewed promptly and interviews scheduled shortly after shortlist
