We’re Hiring: General Construction Workern Manchestern £18.40 per hour | Temporary – PermnWe’re looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our in-house Repairs Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to residents’ lives, delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service in a social housing environment.n What you’ll be doing:n✔️ Carrying out groundwork, fencing, slabbing, paving, brickwork, and pointingn✔️ Completing domestic repair and adaptation works, including ramps and basic concrete worksn✔️ Working as part of a 2-person mobile team across Trafford and surrounding areasn✔️ Supporting drainage repair and renewal, tarmac patching, manhole repairs, and other wet tradesn✔️ Providing outstanding customer service while ensuring a high standard of workn What we’re looking for:n• Experience in groundworks, masonry, and wet trades (concrete works, slabbing, paving, fencing)n• Knowledge of building and housing maintenance, preferably in social housingn• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with a first-time fix approachn• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with vulnerable residentsn• Full driving licencen What’s on offer:n £18.40 per hourn Temporary with view to permanent after 12 weeksn…
