Project AnalystnnContract: 12 months (initial)nnLocation: 100 Liverpool StreetnnRate: £250 PAYEnnThis role sits within the TCMJ group, operating alongside the Financial Crime Compliance portfolio, supporting delivery across sanctions, transaction monitoring, and financial crime analytics initiatives.nnPurpose of the RolennThis is a hands‑on mid‑senior Project Analyst / PMO role, focused on coordinating delivery, supporting governance, and providing clear reporting to senior management. The role supports a compliance‑led project pillar but is not a technical compliance specialist position.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnProgramme & PMO SupportnMaintain consolidated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverablesnCoordinate activity across multiple projects and PMsnEnsure delivery remains structured and sustainablenRAID & Delivery OversightnTrack risks, issues, actions, and decisionsnIdentify emerging risks early and flag to the reporting managernSupport proactive management of delivery challengesnSenior Management ReportingnProduce high‑quality packs, papers, and decks for senior forumsnSupport development committee and governance submissionsnManage communications upward with clarity and consistencynPortfolio PlanningnSupport development of an overarching programme plannContribute to a holistic 3-5 year portfolio viewnHelp mature the programme post‑engagementnnCandidate ProfilennWe are looking for someone who:nnHas a strong PMO or Senior PMO backgroundnIs comfortable being hands‑on and delivery‑focusednIs not overly specialised in technical compliance frameworksnCan confidently manage reporting, coordination, and governance worknHas financial services experience (strongly preferred)nA legal background is a bonus if FS experience is lighternnKey Skills & RequirementsnnEssentialnStrong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)nExcellent presentation and report‑writing abilitynAnalytical thinking and attention to detailnDesirablenExperience using project planning or PMS toolsnMinimumnClear communicatornComfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. nnAdecco is a disability‑confident employer.
