We deliver fast, safe, and sustainable projects for blue-chip banking clients across major branch refurbishments, light refreshes, and new acquisitions.nWe are looking for an experienced MEP Designer to join our Banking Design team. You will develop and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) designs using AutoCAD and Revit across live and occupied banking environments.nKey Responsibilities:n * Produce coordinated MEP layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings from concept to handover.n * Ensure compliance with Building Regulations (Parts L, F, O, B), British Standards, and the Building Safety Act 2022.n * Support clash detection, design coordination, value engineering, and site queries.n * Contribute to Net Zero and sustainability objectives in a highly governed client environment.n * Maintain accurate Revit models, drawing registers, and the “Golden Thread” of information.nEssential Requirements:n * Proven experience as an MEP Designer on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.n * Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit.n * Good knowledge of MEP systems, Building Regulations, and design coordination.n * Ability to work in structured governance and live/occupied building environments.nDesirable:n * Banking or highly regulated sector experience.n * BIM coordination and clash detection knowledge.nWhat We Offer:n * Competitive negotiable salaryn * Hybrid/remote flexibility with site traveln * Opportunity to work on high-profile banking fit-outsn * Career growth in a growing, innovative self-delivery businessnIf you are a technically strong MEP Designer with Revit & fit-out experience, apply now with your CV and a brief note highlighting your relevant MEP design background
