Senior Mechanical Project / Contracts Manager – Belfast basednWe’re partnered with a growing building services contractor delivering premium M&E packages across high-end leisure, hospitality, residential and commercial projects, predominantly in London. With continued expansion and a strong pipeline, the business is now looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Project / Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects valued anywhere between £1M and £5M.nReporting into the Directors, you’ll take responsibility for managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. This is a client-facing role within a young and expanding business, offering scope to shape projects and play a key part in the company’s continued growth.nKey Responsibilities – Senior Mechanical Project / Contracts Managern• Oversee the delivery of mechanical packages across multiple projects, ensuring programme, quality and commercial targets are metn• Manage subcontractors, engineers and site teams, with team size varying depending on project scopen• Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and project stakeholdersn• Review mechanical designs, identifying risks, coordinating changes and managing variationsn• Lead project and planning meetings, supporting consistent and efficient delivery across sitesnIdeal CandidatenYou’ll come from a strong mechanical background with hands-on industry experience, ideally having progressed from a trade or HVAC background into project or contracts management.

You’ll be comfortable managing site teams, engineers and subcontractors as well as operating in a heavily client-facing role across a variety of high-end projects.
