Job Title: Unvented PlumbernJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimenJob Category: Property ServicesnLocation: Heathrow & CrawleynHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am – 5:00 pmnSalary: £170 – £200 per daynnWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Unvented Plumber to join a well-established local contractor's responsive repairs team. This role involves working across social housing properties in the Heathrow and Crawley areas, delivering a wide range of plumbing and maintenance tasks to a high standard.nnResponsibilities:nnInstalling, servicing, and maintaining unvented hot water cylinder systems in domestic social housing properties.nCarrying out plumbing repairs and replacements, including pipework, valves, taps, and sanitary fittings.nInstalling, commissioning, and testing kitchen and bathroom plumbing systems in both void and occupied homes.nDiagnosing and resolving leaks, faults, pressure issues, and performance problems within domestic water systems.nConducting system pressure testing and ensuring all works comply with current safety regulations, manufacturer requirements, and performance standards.nCommunicating professionally with tenants, providing clear information and minimising disruption during works.nAccurately completing job reports, risk assessments, and statutory compliance documentation using a PDA or mobile device.nParticipating in a rotational on-call rota to support emergency repairs outside normal working hours.Requirements:nnFull UK Driving Licence (clean)nUnique Taxpayer Reference (UTR)nCity & Guilds or Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing StudiesnG3 Unvented Hot Water CertificatenAsbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATPnBasic DBS CheckBenefits:nnCompany vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided as part of the role package.nPaid 10 hour workday, including travel time.nOvertime opportunities available, including evenings and weekends (paid at time and a half).If you have previous experience within social housing and meet the above requirements, we encourage you to apply online or get in touch with Leah for further information.nnLON123
