Mobile Mechanical HVAC EngineernLondon & South Eastn£43,000 – £48,000 | Monday to FridaynnWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join a well-established and growing facilities management provider. This is a mobile role covering London and the South East, offering a competitive salary and a great Monday-Friday work-life balance.nnThe RolenAs a Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. The role focuses on mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.nnKey Responsibilitiesn nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and HVAC systems nRespond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns across multiple sites nService and maintain AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and associated plant nFault find and repair mechanical and HVAC equipment nSupport minor installations and small works where required nEnsure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations nComplete job reports and maintain accurate service records nProvide a professional, client-facing service on site Requirementsn nProven experience as a Mechanical or HVAC Engineer within commercial maintenance nRelevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills nExperience working in a mobile role desirable nFull UK driving licence nGood communication skills and a professional approach What's on Offern nCompetitive salary of £43,000 – £48,000 (depending on experience) nMonday to Friday working hours nMobile role covering London & South East nCompany vehicle & fuel card (if applicable) nOvertime opportunities nStable role with progression prospects This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HVAC Engineer looking for a secure, well-paid mobile position with a reputable FM provider
