A leading main contractor is looking for a Document Controller with 4 Projects experience to join them.nnThis is a short term freelance position based in Central London which could lead into a longer term permanent role.nnBenefits:nnAbility to grow and develop skills and experience within the companynTemp to permanent opportunitynConstruction experiencenA friendly teamResponsibilities:nnTyping up letters and reportsnPrinting and photocopyingnOrdering office suppliesnLiaising with suppliers and contractorsnManage workflow of documentation on EDMS systemsnQA manage all incoming and outgoing documentation and communicationnDistribution of documents to relevant managers / project teamsnEditing and amending documents for accuracy and compliance of client proceduresnCreating reports and trackers on all communication of the projectnProviding regular training on EDMS systems to internal and external staffnDrive and manage all documentation and the flow of information making surendeadlines are met through the project EDMSnQA managing all documentation and communicationnAttend site meetingsnPreparing, organising and filing information in paper and digital formThe ideal candidate will have:nnExperience with Viewpoint / 4Projects systemnExcellent communication skillsnStrong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / WordnThe ability to multitask and have high attention to detailnExperience in the Construction industry / working on-sitennRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
