Their proactive, agile approach ensures clients receive timely, tailored advice to meet both current challenges and future goals.nnAs an Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for a varied client portfolio, ensuring high-quality audit delivery while maximising portfolio performance.
You will manage workflows, resources, and deadlines effectively, whilst supporting and developing a motivated team.nnKey Responsibilities:nnPlan, manage, and review audit assignments, ensuring efficient use of resourcesnnLead client meetings to understand business priorities and areas of audit focusnnOversee audit progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetnnPrepare management letters, billing schedules, and fee proposalsnnSupport, mentor, and appraise junior staff, encouraging professional developmentnnTake on wider office responsibilities and contribute to firm-wide initiativesnnIdentify opportunities for additional services and potential new businessnnContribute to ad-hoc projects and value-added client supportnnRequirementsnnACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)nnAt least 3 years’ post-qualified experience in practicennStrong technical knowledge of UK accounting standardsnnConfident with audit and accounting software, plus Microsoft OfficennProven leadership and staff management skillsnnStrong client relationship and communication abilitiesnnAnalytical, proactive, and adaptable in a changing environmentnnBenefitsnnSalary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification status.nnHybrid working and flexible hoursnnGenuine work-life balancenn33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), with the option to purchase additional daysnnEnhanced career development and succession planning opportunitiesnnPlease contact Joe Potter on (phone number removed) (tel), (phone number removed) (mob), , or via for a confidential conversation. nnRefer a friend…nnWe’re keen to remain the leading provider of the best accountancy talent in the South-East.
