Engineering Operations Manager – Fire & Security Systemsn Location: Hybrid (Central London)n Salary: 75,000 Basic (DOE)nnA well established and growing fire and security systems business is looking to appoint an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to lead its engineering function across projects, service, and maintenance delivery.nnThis is a key leadership role, responsible for managing engineering teams, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring high standards across quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.nnThe Rolen You will take ownership of engineering operations across multiple projects, ranging from small works through to large scale installations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive performance across project delivery, service operations, and technical support.nnKey Responsibilitiesn * Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams across projects and servicen * Oversee installation, maintenance, and service delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetn * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including RAMS and CDMn * Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationshipsn * Support commercial performance through cost control and contract oversightn * Ensure all technical documentation, commissioning, and handovers are completed to a high standardn * Maintain compliance with industry standards and accreditationsnnRequirementsn * Proven experience in a leadership role within the fire and security industryn * Strong background in managing projects, service, and engineering teamsn * Technical knowledge of integrated and IP based security systemsn * Experience working with industry contracts (NEC, JCT desirable)n * Good understanding of health and safety and compliance standardsn * Relevant certifications such as IOSH, SSSTS or SMSTSn * Full UK driving licencennWhat's on Offern * £75,000 Basic and benefits packagen * Hybrid working and flexible approachn * Private healthcare and additional wellbeing benefitsn * Ongoing training and career developmentn * Supportive and forward thinking working environmentnnThis is a confidential opportunity, so full details on the business will be shared at a later stage in the process.nnINDAV
