Site Engineer – North West LondonnnProject: £50M Residential DevelopmentnSalary: £80,000 per annumnnAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major £50 million residential construction project in North West London. This role is ideal for a driven and technically capable professional with a strong background in setting out and site engineering on large-scale developments.nnAbout the RolenYou will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the project, ensuring all setting out and engineering works are carried out accurately and in line with project specifications. Working closely with the site team, you will help maintain quality, programme, and compliance on site.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * Carry out accurate setting out and surveying dutiesnn * Interpret and work from technical drawings and specificationsnn * Ensure works are delivered in line with design and quality standardsnn * Coordinate with subcontractors and site teamsnn * Monitor progress and report on site activitiesnn * Maintain site records, including QA documentation and as-built drawingsnn * Assist in resolving technical issues on sitenn * Ensure compliance with health & safety standardsnnRequirementsnn * Proven experience as a Site Engineer within the construction industrynn * Strong setting out and surveying skillsnn * Proficiency with relevant equipment (e.g.
