Pastoral Manager – LiverpoolnFull Time | Term Time Only | Temp to PermnSalary: Grade 6 SCP 24-29 (pro rata)nWorking Hours: 37 hours per week (8:00am – 4:00pm)nnTradewind Recruitment Liverpool are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary academy to recruit an experienced and passionate Pastoral Manager to join their dedicated support staff team.nnThis is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual who is driven to improve student outcomes through strong pastoral care, attendance strategies, and behaviour support.nnThe RolennAs a Pastoral Manager, you will take responsibility for the attendance, behaviour and welfare of a designated cohort of students.
