Technical Coordinator – Building Safety & Remediationn London & South East (site-based / hybrid)nnWe're working with a growing contractor operating at the forefront of cladding remediation and building safety. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Technical Specialist to support the delivery of complex residential remediation schemes.nnThis is an excellent opportunity to develop within a high-demand, specialist sector, working alongside experienced teams on safety-critical projects.nnThe RolennSupport the coordination and delivery of technical design on remediation schemesnReview and manage design information, ensuring compliance with current regulationsnWork closely with consultants, subcontractors, and site teamsnAssist in resolving technical queries (RFIs) and on-site design issuesnContribute to building safety and compliance across all stages of deliveryn Experience of Technical CoordinatornnExperience in a technical/design role within construction (residential preferred)nStrong understanding of fire engineering principles and building safety regulationsnKnowledge of cladding systems, façade packages, or remediation works (desirable)nFamiliar with Building Regulations, particularly fire compliancenProactive, detail-oriented, and keen to learn within a specialist field
