Their projects typically range from £500k to £3m in value and are delivered for leading main contractors and end clients.nnWith £17m of secured work already in the order book, the business continues to grow and is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their delivery team. The company has built an excellent reputation for quality, reliability, and strong client relationships, offering a professional but supportive working environment.nnThe RolennThe Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of electrical packages on commercial office fit-out projects across London.
You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of electrical design coordination and project financial management, as well as the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * Managing electrical packages on CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projectsnn * Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handovernn * Reviewing and coordinating electrical design and technical drawingsnn * Liaising with consultants, design teams, and main contractorsnn * Managing project budgets, costs, and financial performancenn * Preparing and monitoring project programmes and progressnn * Managing procurement of materials and subcontract labournn * Leading and supporting site supervisors and installation teamsnn * Attending and leading client and site meetingsnn * Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with industry regulationsnn * Supporting commissioning, testing, and final project deliverynnRequirementsnn * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building servicesnn * Strong experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects (CAT A / CAT B)nn * Good understanding of electrical design and technical coordinationnn * Experience managing project budgets, cost control, and financial reportingnn * Strong organisational and leadership skillsnn * Confident client-facing communication skillsnn * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teamsnn * Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)nn * 18th Edition desirablennPackagenn * Salary negotiable depending on experiencenn * Paid travelnn * Pension schemenn * Holiday entitlementnn * Entry into the Employee Ownership Trust after 12 months’ service
