The school are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.nnThe role as a Classroom Support Worker: nnTo support students who struggle with their class worknFacilitate a sun and friendly learning environmentnTo provide support to the class teachernTo help the class teacher prepare lesson materials and classroom boardsnTo keep the classroom a tidy and presentable environmentnTo encourage children to do their bestnHelp manage classroom behaviournListen to the children read and practice their phonicsThe successful Classroom Support Worker: nnYou will need to be calm and compassionate. Personality is everything!nYou must be able to take initiative well and problem solvenHave some experience working with children, desirable but not essentialnYou must be patient. Some students struggle with additional learning needs and need someone supportive to help them get through the school daynYou must understand the importance of safeguarding in schoolsnMust have an enhanced DBS Check or be willing to apply for onenMust have right to live/work in the UK – we not offer sponsorships** If you do not have a DBS certificate – we can support your applicationnnKey information: nnClassroom Support WorkernMaidenheadnPrimary Schooln£90 – £105 per daynTerm time onlynASAP start nnThis is a wonderful opportunity to support those learners that need extra assistance while also gaining valuable classroom experience.
