Customer Care Team Administrator Birmingham | Hybrid Workingn £14.50 – £15.50 per hourn Temp to Perm Opportunitynn A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Team Administrator to join a growing and innovative financial services organisation based in central Birmingham. This is a temp to perm position offering hybrid working, with three days in the office and two days working from home.nn This role would suit an organised, detail-focused individual with strong administration or data entry experience who is looking to build a long-term career within banking or financial services.nn Key Responsibilities nAccurately inputting mortgage application, borrower and property information onto internal systems nSupporting lending applications from Decision in Principle through to completion nLiaising with brokers, mortgage advisers, solicitors and valuers nIssuing identification and verification documentation to customers nEnsuring all records are maintained accurately and confidentially nMeeting service level agreements and daily processing targets nIdentifying discrepancies and escalating issues where required nSupporting the wider operations team to deliver excellent customer outcomes Candidate Profile nPrevious administration, data entry or customer support experience nStrong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy nExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word nMortgage, banking, lending or financial services experience would be highly advantageous nA proactive and team-oriented attitude Additional Information nMonday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm nHybrid working model nCentral Birmingham location nImmediate start available nExcellent opportunity to secure a permanent role If you are looking for your next opportunity within financial services and would like to join a supportive and professional organisation, please apply today
