SEN Teachers & Learning Support AssistantsnnLocation: Southamptonn Pay:nnLearning Support Assistants: £13.75 per hournTeachers: MPS/UPS (£32,916 – £51,048)nStart Date: ASAPn Contract Type: Multiple roles available – permanent, temporary, and supply placementsnnAbout the RolesnnTeaching Personnel are working with SEND schools and specialist provisions across Southampton and the surrounding Hampshire area to recruit qualified Teachers and Learning Support Assistants.nnWe currently have several opportunities available for candidates ready to start immediately and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with additional needs. These roles are based within supportive school environments across Southampton and nearby areas such as Eastleigh, Totton, and the wider Hampshire region.nnRole ResponsibilitiesnnTeachersnnDeliver engaging, SEND-focused lessons tailored to individual pupil needsnAssess, track, and report on pupil progressnWork closely with LSAs, SENCOs, and the wider school teamnCreate a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environmentnnLearning Support Assistants (LSAs)nnSupport pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groupsnAssist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom managementnSupport children with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needsnHelp create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environmentnnWho We’re Looking FornnQualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent)nExperienced LSAs or Teaching AssistantsnCandidates passionate about supporting pupils in SEND settingsnIndividuals who hold an enhanced child-only DBS (or are willing to obtain one)nnWhy Work With Teaching Personnel?nnImmediate opportunities across Southampton SEND schoolsnCompetitive pay rates for both LSAs and TeachersnFlexible placements – permanent, long-term, and supply roles availablenDedicated support from a local consultantnAccess to ongoing CPD and professional developmentnAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
