Our client is looking for a Planned Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of planned maintenance and investment programmes across their housing stock in Manchester. They place residents at the heart of everything they do and are proud to deliver services that make a real difference to people's lives.nnDescriptionnnManage contractors delivering planned works on housing stock across ManchesternLead, motivate, and manage contractors and consultants to ensure performance, quality, and compliancenDevelop and manage budgets, programmes, and procurement processesnEnsure all works comply with relevant legislation, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirementsnWork collaboratively with internal teams, residents, and external partners to minimise disruption and maximise satisfactionnMonitor performance, manage risks, and report on progress and outcomesnContribute to asset management planning and continuous service improvement nnProfilennProven experience managing planned works within social housing nStrong knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and compliance requirementsnExperience managing budgets, contracts, and programmes of worknExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills nnJob Offernn£50,000 – £55,000 salarynPension contributionnHealthcare benefitsn30 days annual leavenAnnual pay increase of circa 3-4%nHybrid working (2 days per week in office)
