Coyle Personnel are currently seeking Community Psychiatric Nurses for long term contracts based in Southampton.nLocation: SouthamptonnHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00*nPay Rate: £25-£27 per hournStart Date: ASAPn*Potential to compress hours for the right candidate.nApplicants must have at least 6 months community experience to apply for this role.nKey Responsibilities:n• Deliver high-quality mental health care to service users, including assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.n• Conduct comprehensive assessments of service user mental health needs.n• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health needs of service users and their familiesn• Manage a caseload, adhering to service protocols and procedures.n• Maintain a high standard of nursing care, including clinical procedures, treatments, and the custody, storage, and administration of drugs.nMandatory Requirements:n• Current RMN qualification with active registration.n• Previous experience working within a Community Mental Health Teamn• Experience holding a caseload of at least 20-25.n• Excellent communication, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills.n• Access to a vehicle & full drivers licence.nFor more information please contact David Littledyke – Head of Mental Health
