Electrical Maintenance EngineernnCentral Londonnn£45,000-£48,000 PER YEARnnMonday – Friday 8 – 5nnCommercial BuildingnnC&G Level 3 Plumbing RequirednnThis is working for a Well Established FM OrganisationnInterested ?nnApply now !nnExecuting planned preventative maintenance on boilers, burners, and heating plant.nnResponding to reactive calls regarding leaks, blockages, and heating or cooling failures.nnMaintaining air handling units including belt changes, filter replacements, and motor checks.nnMonitoring and repairing fan coil units and associated valves or actuators.nnConducting weekly cooling tower inspections and water hygiene temperature checks.nnManaging water treatment regimes and sampling to ensure L8 legionella compliance.nnInspecting and servicing centrifugal pumps, including seal and bearing maintenance.nnOverhauling pressurized heating and chilled water expansion systems.nnUtilizing BMS software to monitor flow rates, setpoints, and plant performance.nnCarrying out minor plumbing repairs and sanitary ware maintenance.nnSupervising specialist HVAC sub-contractors during chiller or boiler overhauls.nnLogging all mechanical works and statutory inspections in the CAFM system.nnIssuing permits for hot works or confined space entry.nnTesting and maintaining fire dampers and smoke extract systems.nnAssessing pressure vessels and safety valves for insurance inspections.nnIdentifying plant improvements to increase energy efficiency and reduce water waste.nnCollaborating with the electrical team to troubleshoot integrated control systems.nnRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
