Estimator – Interior Fit-Out / JoinerynnSalary: Up to £50,000nnI’m currently working with a well-established interior fit-out and specialist joinery contractor who is looking to bring in an experienced Estimator to support their growing pipeline of projects across commercial, retail, education and leisure sectors.nnThis is a great opportunity to join a business that delivers full turnkey fit-out solutions, with in-house capabilities including bespoke joinery, ceilings, flooring and partitioning.nnThe RolennYou’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates across a range of fit-out and joinery projects, working closely with the commercial and project delivery teams.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders and pricing submissionsnn * Review drawings, specifications and project requirementsnn * Take-offs and measurement of materials, labour and subcontract packagesnn * Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractorsnn * Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost efficiencynn * Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate project handovernn * Attend client meetings where required to support tender submissionsnnRequirementsnn * Proven experience as an Estimator within Joinery interior fit-out or constructionnn * Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing and installation processesnn * Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsnn * Commercial awarenessnn * Good communication skills and ability to work collaborativelynnPackagenn * Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience)nn * Opportunity to join a well-established and growing businessnn * Exposure to a wide range of high-quality joinery and interior fit-out projects
