Candidate required: Site Manager (Night Shift)n Job Type: Contractn Start date: 27th Apriln Industry: Construction Professionals Southn Location: Kensingtonn The role & about the client:n ITS Building People are recruiting on behalf of a contractor for an experienced Site Manager to support a hospital fit-out and refurbishment project in Kensington. This is a night shift requirement, initially for 3-4 weeks, with potential for extension.n Working within a live healthcare environment, you will be responsible for overseeing night-time operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.n Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:n nManaging night shift site operations within a live hospital environment nOverseeing installation works including drainage, general building, and M&E packages nCoordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth delivery of works nMaintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance nMonitoring progress and ensuring works are completed on schedule nLiaising with project stakeholders and reporting on site activities The ideal candidate will have/be:n nValid SMSTS certification nFirst Aid at Work qualification nProven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out and refurbishment projects nExperience working in live environments (healthcare preferred) nStrong understanding of M&E coordination and drainage installations nExcellent organisational and communication skills How to apply:n Please send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence.n The ITS Group is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
