Support Worker – Albanian SpeakingnLocation: Community basednClient: Private PatientnType: Support Worker / Rehabilitation SupportnWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Albanian-speaking Support Worker to support an adult male in the community.nThis role involves supporting the client to attend appointments, access the community safely, and regain confidence and independence during recovery. The ability to speak Albanian is essential in order to support effective communication and build rapport.nThe role will include:n * n Supporting the client to attend hospital, medical, therapy, and rehabilitation appointmentsn * n Assisting with safe community access and traveln * n Providing practical and emotional support during outings and appointmentsn * n Supporting with day-to-day structure, routine, and community engagementn * n Monitoring pain, fatigue, mobility, and general wellbeing during activitiesn * n Encouraging independence while providing support where neededn * n Working alongside family members and professionals involved in the client’s rehabilitationn * n Maintaining clear records and acting within professional boundaries at all timesnThe ideal candidate will have:n * n Experience supporting adults with orthopaedic injuries, reduced mobility, rehabilitation needs, or physical health conditionsn * n Be fluent in Romanian and able to communicate confidently in Englishn * n A calm, reliable, and professional approachn * n Good communication and observation skillsn * n An understanding of risk, safeguarding, and community-based supportn * n The ability to adapt support according to pain, fatigue, and mobility levelsn * n Previous experience supporting clients following serious injury or road traffic accidents is desirablenPersonal qualities:nWe are looking for someone who is patient, dependable, empathetic, and confident supporting individuals in the community.
