Sales & Tenders AdministratornnHeald Greennn£30,000nn9am – 5pmnnOffice BasednnOur client is looking for an experienced, dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Tenders Administrator to join their team in Heald Green.nnWhat You'll Do:nnYou will play a pivotal role in managing the existing client base. Your responsibilities will include:nnSupporting Business Development Managers (BDMs) with all administrative needs.nBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new contract opportunities.nManaging tender documents.nEnsuring compliance with contract terms and maintaining the long-standing relationships between Trusts and subcontractors.nResponding to queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring that issues are resolved.nAttending quarterly review meetings and meticulously recording minutes and action points.nManaging contract variations and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.nEnsuring timelines align with implementation plans.nIdentifying opportunities for improvement and best practises within the organisation. nnWho We're Looking For:nnThe ideal candidate will possess:nnAdministration experience: Previous sales administration experience and ideally will have worked with tenders or contractsnExcellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication Skills: You will assist with review meetings and engage with diverse stakeholders.nOrganisational Skills: You should be able to keep projects on track and meet strict deadlines.nAttention to Detail: Precision is key in managing complex transactions and documentation.nExperience in Supply Chain Management: Familiarity with supply chain protocols and processes is a plus.nAbility to prioritise Client Needs: You will effectively manage multiple tasks while keeping client satisfaction in focus.
