Whether you're based in the US (New York or New England) or anywhere in the UK, we want to hear from you!nnYour Rolen As the Process Optimisation Lead, you will take charge of evolving an existing business process related to third-party Artificial Intelligence products and services.
You'll be responsible for:nnProcess Design:- Reviewing the current end-to-end process to identify strengths and weaknesses.n – Defining and implementing measurable KPIs for improvement.n – Designing an updated process that enhances overall efficiency.nnProcess Implementation:- Collaborating with IT teams to integrate process stages into applications.n – Partnering with business teams to implement non-IT process stages.n – Producing user-friendly process maps and guidance documentation.nnQualificationsn To succeed in this role, you should bring:nnSignificant experience in process improvement roles.nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP Ariba Risk process implementations.nExcellent business partnership and communication skills.nProven ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.nA knack for creating clear and engaging user-facing documentation.nRisk management experience is a plus, but not essential.Who You ArennA strong process candidate with a passion for optimisation!nSomeone who thrives on identifying quick wins while navigating changes in the landscape.nAn individual who can work independently on a self-contained project, making a significant impact in the interim.Why This Role is Uniquen This is not just any process role; it's your chance to redefine how processes integrate with AI without needing prior experience in AI itself.
