Traffic MarshalnnLocation: Hounslown Salary: £12.71 – £14.64 per hrn Contract type: Temporaryn Duration: 2 DaysnnStart Date: 30/04/2026nnPremier Recruitment Solutions is a specialist recruitment company working in partnership with a regional contractor.nnWe are recruiting for a Traffic Marshal to work with their existing team.nnYou will be working as a Traffic Marshal on a project in Hounslow.nnRequirements for the Traffic Marshal job role:nnValid CSCS qualificationnValid CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshal ticket nnYour duties as a Traffic Marshal will include:nnWorking hours approximately 7:30hrs – 17.30hrsnDelivery times approximately 7:30hrs – 16:30hrs, unless with prior arrangement with site managementnYou will be issued with Orange Company Branded PPE with Traffic Marshal on the rear, to always be worn whilst on sitenBe polite to all visitors and contractorsnYou will be issued with a Delivery driver signing in book, a Delivery drivers induction sheet, and a notebooknA Walkie talkie will be issued, and it is your responsibility to make sure it is charged and ready for the day aheadnParking is allowed on site but is limited, you will be given a list of cars and number plates of vehicles allowed entrance to park in the site carparknA delivery log will be issued daily to yourself by the Assistant site managernVehicle gates to be always closed, unless to let a delivery on to sitenPrior to delivery vehicle coming on to site, the concertina barrier, must pulled out across the cyclist and pedestrian route, Blocking their accessnOnce Delivery Vehicle is on site Vehicle gates are to be closednOnce the delivery vehicle is on site, the concertina barrier, must pulled back, reopening the cyclist and pedestrian route ,nDelivery driver must be escorted to the correct unloading area (as per logistics plan) by either yourself, the subcontractor's black hat who's delivery it is, or the Forklift drivernPrimary road to be clear at all times, a holding area will be available outside Central (as per logistics plan)nMaintain the safety of all operatives and drivers within the road areas and any reversing to be kept to a minimum.nIf reversing is unavoidable, you must Bank the vehicles to their destinationnAny deliveries not on the Daily delivery log are to be referred to Site management in the first instancenAs per delivery driver site rules, no driver must vacate his/ her vehicle without your consentnIf the driver must vacate his vehicle, engine must be switched off and Correct PPE must be worn by the driver, as per delivery site rulesnAny deliveries not booked in Prior to contacting Site Management in the first instance, the delivery driver must confirm to yourself, what the delivery is and who is it fornAny drivers who become abusive, the delivery is to be rejected and the driver, company name on delivery and number plate to be noted (please take photo's)nNotify the site management of any visitors (especially HSE) Do not let them on site until site management are in attendancenNo vehicle is allowed to leave site without having its wheels cleaned (weather will permit whether this will need to be done or not) Site management will confirmnAt the end of the day, it is your responsibility to make sure the Vehicle gate is locked and secure nnStandard Hours for the Traffic Marshal job role:nnThursday and Friday 07:30hrs – 17:00hrs(But sometimes you may be required to work longer for the Traffic Marshal role due to the workloads).nnPremier Recruitment Solutions Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
