Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential / Mixed-Usen Location: Londonn Sector: High-End Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Usen Industry: Building and Constructionn Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per annumnnOur client is a well-established main contractor specialising in high-end residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across London. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Marylebone.nnThis is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious, design-led projects within a collaborative and quality-driven environment.nnThe RolennThe Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring financial control and contractual compliance throughout.nnYou will work closely with senior commercial staff, project managers and site teams to support the successful delivery of high-specification developments.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnAssisting with the commercial management of high-end residential and mixed-use projectsnPreparing and submitting valuations and applications for paymentnManaging variations and change control processesnSupporting subcontractor procurement and package managementnAssisting with cost forecasting and CVR reportingnSupporting final account negotiationsnLiaising with subcontractors, consultants and project teamsnIdentifying commercial risks and opportunitiesnnRequirementsnnExperience as an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity SurveyornBackground working within a main contractor environmentnExperience in high-end residential or mixed-use developments advantageousnStrong commercial awareness and understanding of construction processesnGood communication and negotiation skillsnOrganised with the ability to manage multiple packagesnnThe OpportunitynnThis is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate QS to join a reputable contractor delivering high-quality projects, offering strong career development and exposure to premium developments in Central London
