Digital Marketing ManagernnSalary: £40,000 – £50,000nLocation: LeedsnContract: Full-time | PermanentnnThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to deliver real results, especially across Meta platforms, while supporting programmes that help people gain skills, retrain, and access new career opportunities.nnAbout the CompanynnYou’ll be joining a growing training provider working across Adult Skills Fund (ASF) programmes and Skills Bootcamps, helping individuals upskill and move into employment.nnThe organisation combines a strong performance marketing approach with a genuine social impact mission. It’s a collaborative, office-based environment where ideas are welcomed, results are measured, and your work directly contributes to learner engagement and success.nnThe RolennAs Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your work will play a key role in driving learner enrolments and supporting programme growth.nnYour responsibilities will include:nn * Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta platformsnn * Analysing performance data and making data-driven decisions to improve ROInn * Developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with enrolment and growth targetsnn * Collaborating with content and creative teams to deliver high-performing campaignsnn * Identifying new opportunities across employability, training, and eCommerce-style funnelsnn * Monitoring campaign performance and continuously refining targeting and messagingnnIdeal Candidatenn * Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar rolenn * Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta platforms (essential)nn * Experience within training providers, employability programmes, ASF or Bootcamps (highly desirable)nn * Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsnn * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environmentnn * A creative, results-focused approach with a strong sense of ownershipnnWhy Apply?nn * Work on campaigns with real social impactnn * Be part of a growing organisation in the skills and training spacenn * Take full ownership of digital performance and strategynn * Collaborate with a supportive, ambitious teamnnApply NownnIf you’re ready to take the lead on impactful digital campaigns and play a role in helping people access new career opportunities, we’d love to hear from you
