This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to take ownership of complex electrical packages on large-scale, mission-critical builds in the Slough area.nnAs a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you'll be part of a growing Building Services team within a globally recognised business, working in a highly technical environment where your expertise in LV/MV systems, controls, and power infrastructure will be key to successful project delivery.nnThis role suits a Senior Electrical Project Engineer who wants to step into a position with real responsibility, working on major projects while developing towards senior leadership.nnYour Role As A Senior Electrical Project Engineer Will Include:nn*Managing technical, quality, safety, and engineering issues across pre-construction and construction phasesnn*Overseeing LV/MV electrical packages including switchgear, generators, and power distribution systemsnn*Reviewing and driving value engineering solutions to optimise cost and performancenn*Carrying out technical and commercial review of subcontractor tenders and producing bid analysisnn*Coordinating procurement to ensure materials and subcontractors align with programme deliverynn*Working closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth deliverynn*Supporting commissioning, testing, and handover of critical electrical systemsnnAs A Senior Electrical Project Engineer You Will Have:nn*Strong electrical engineering background within data centres / critical infrastructure / industrial projectsnn*Proven experience managing LV/MV packages across the full lifecyclenn*Strong technical understanding of switchgear, generators, UPS, and electrical distribution systemsnn*Exposure to controls / BMS / power monitoring systems (ABB or similar highly desirable)nn*Experience reviewing technical submissions and driving engineering solutions on sitenn*Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to procurement and subcontractor managementnn*HNC / HND / Degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineeringnn*SMSTS and relevant H&S certificationsnn*Experience operating as an LVAP (or working closely within HV/LV environments) nnPlease contact Sonny on (phone number removed) for consideration.nnKeywords: Senior Electrical Project Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer, Building Services Engineering, LV Systems, MV Systems, Power Distribution Systems, Switchgear, Generators, LVAP, Low Voltage Authorised Person, BMS, Controls Engineering, ABB systems, Electrical Package Management, Pre-construction & Construction Phases, Data Centres, Tier 1 Contractor, Building Services, Slough, London, West London, Berkshire, Reading, High Wycombe
