The organisation is known for its focus on innovation, safety, and high-quality project delivery.nnThe RolennDue to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of complex MEP projects across London and the southern region.nnThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys taking ownership of engineering delivery from design through to installation.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnLead engineering and technical compliance across assigned projects, ensuring alignment with specifications, standards, and client requirementsnnPlan, coordinate, and manage project activities to support safe, efficient, and profitable deliverynnReview designs, drawings, and specifications, identifying risks and driving value engineering initiativesnnSupport procurement activities including technical submittals, plant/equipment enquiries, bid analysis, and subcontract coordinationnnMonitor programme, sequencing, quality, and installation progress to maintain project performancennCollaborate with project managers, quantity surveyors, designers, and site teams to ensure smooth coordinationnnBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractorsnnEnsure compliance with health & safety standards, quality inspections, and zero-defects reportingnnMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingnnSupport commercial activities including variations, subcontract orders, and financial trackingnnRequirementsnnDegree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc preferred)nnStrong technical competence in Electrical Engineering and designnnExperience delivering MEP projects within a contracting environmentnnStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsnnAbility to interpret complex technical informationnnExcellent communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholdersnnStrong organisational and time management abilitiesnnAbility to manage multiple workstreams effectivelynnCollaborative and professional approachnnCommitment to safety, quality, and high standards of deliverynnWhat's on OffernnCompetitive salary of £60,000 – £80,000nnOpportunity to work on large-scale, technically challenging projectsnnCareer progression within a growing and dynamic organisationnnCollaborative and supportive working environmentnnExposure to a wide range of sectors and high-profile clientsnnFor more information please contact Mitchell Rogers on (phone number removed)nn— Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
