It’s not about “raising awareness.” It’s about structured, commercial marketing that supports:nn * Trusted client relationshipsnn * Repeat businessnn * Visibility with the right people – not everyonennYou’ll:nn * Build a marketing strategy that fits the rhythm of a fit-out businessnn * Speak to decision-makers: landlords, architects, PMs, QSs, investorsnn * Turn past projects into smart content: case studies, decks, write-ups, punchy visualsnn * Own the website – not just the design, but the story it tellsnn * Get control of email, LinkedIn, and outbound comms – and bring order to all of itnn * Track what's working, kill what's not, and build a reporting rhythm that makes sensenn * Suggest the tools and freelancers you actually need – and back it up with deliverynn * Align with the MD and site leads – understanding what’s real and what’s noisennWhat You Bringnn * 3-5+ years in B2B, construction, property or technical sector marketingnn * Clear writing, structured thinking, and brand instinct – you make things easier to understandnn * Ability to speak to clients, site teams, and execs – no waffle, just claritynn * Knowledge of how to turn delivery into content (not “about us” fluff)nn * Comfortable using – or bringing in – the right tools (GA, HubSpot, Notion, etc.)nn * You’ve either worked in a contractor-style business or you’ve wanted tonn * You’re not looking for a task list – you’re looking to take ownershipnn * You bring structure, focus, and forward motionnnWhat’s in Place – and What’s Missingnn * The company is project-rich, delivery-credible, and has a loyal client basenn * The directors want marketing to support real commercial outcomes, not vanity metricsnn * You’ll get access to project leaders, case study material, client feedback – but you’ll need to build the machine to turn it into marketingnnNo in-house team (yet).
