They are known for their hands-on, director-led approach, working closely with architects, contractors and clients to deliver high-quality, coordinated designs.n Their work focuses heavily on high-end residential and bespoke projects, with an emphasis on intelligent, discreet engineering solutions and sustainable design.nnYou'll be joining a team that values collaboration, technical excellence, and long-term client relationships, with a strong pipeline of repeat business.nnThe Rolen As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you'll support the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems, including:nnHVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)nDomestic water services and drainagenSustainable and low-carbon technologies (e.g. heat pumps, energy strategies)nCoordination with electrical and architectural teamsnProduction of design calculations, reports, and drawingsYou'll be mentored by experienced engineers and gain hands-on involvement in live projects from day one.nnRequirementsnnDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services EngineeringnMinimum 1 year experience in building services design (this can include a placement year)nUnderstanding of HVAC and building services fundamentalsnFamiliarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar (desirable)nStrong communication skills and willingness to learnWhat's on Offernn33 days holiday (including bank holidays)nAdditional 2-week shutdown over ChristmasnExposure to high-end, design-focused projectsnStructured mentoring and developmentnOpportunity to work closely with senior engineers and directorsnClear progression within a growing consultancyWhy Apply?n This is an ideal role for a graduate who wants more than just being a number in a large consultancy.
