Senior Security Install Engineer – CCTV, Access Control & Intruder AlarmsnLocation: LondonnSalary: £46,000 – £50,000 per annum + OvertimenJob Type: Full-Time | PermanentnThe OpportunitynWe are recruiting for an experienced Senior Security Install Engineer to join a well-established and expanding security systems company operating across the M4 Corridor. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who can take ownership of complex installations while providing on-site leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.nDue to continued growth and increased project demand, our client is looking for a senior-level professional with extensive experience in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.nPackage & Benefitsn * Basic Salary: £46,000 – £50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)n * Overtime available to increase overall earningsn * Company vehicle and fuel cardn * Travel time paidn * Pension schemen * Annual leave entitlementn * Ongoing training and professional developmentn * Full-time, permanent positionnRole & ResponsibilitiesnAs a Senior Security Install Engineer, you will be responsible for:n * Leading and carrying out complex installations of IP CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systemsn * Acting as the on-site lead engineer on larger or multi-engineer projectsn * Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior engineers and apprenticesn * Ensuring all installations meet industry standards, compliance, and company quality expectationsn * Working with a wide range of security manufacturers and technologiesn * Liaising with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryn * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during installationsn * Ensuring works are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standardnSkills & Experience Requiredn * Full UK driving licence (essential)n * Extensive experience installing CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systemsn * Ideally 5+ years’ experience within the security industryn * Strong technical knowledge across multiple security disciplinesn * Proven ability to work independently and lead on-site installationsn * Experience supporting or mentoring junior engineersn * Excellent communication and customer-facing skillsn * Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivatednDesirable Qualifications (Not Essential):n * IPAFn * CSCS / ECSn * FIA Unitsn * City & Guilds (Security Systems or Electrical)nHow to ApplynIf you are an experienced Security Install Engineer looking to step into a senior role or are already operating at senior level, please submit your CV to be considered.
