This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to secure ongoing work with excellent hourly rates and professional development opportunities.n Key ResponsibilitiesnCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial site.nResponding promptly to emergency call-outs and resolving faults efficiently.nUndertaking a variety of mechanical and electrical duties, including:nnMinor installations and electrical fault-findingnLamp and ballast replacementsnControl panel inspections and maintenancenPower distribution checksnEmergency lighting tests and repairsnServicing air conditioning systems (AHUs and FCUs), including filter changes and cleaning.nMonitoring and resetting chillers.nPerforming routine water treatment tasks, including temperature checks and monitoring.nMaintaining pumps and motors.nTaking regular readings from Building Management Systems (BMS) and UPS systems.Candidate RequirementsnRecognised mechanical trade qualification (e.g. City & Guilds or equivalent).nA minimum of 3 years’ experience in building services maintenance (preferably within commercial environments).nStrong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.nA proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work.nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.What We OffernCompetitive salarynImmediate start availablenTemp to perm nA chance to work with a prestigious and forward-thinking clientnOvertime Available, paid at enhanced ratesIf you meet the above criteria and are looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.n To apply, please send your CV and a brief cover letter to:n (url removed)
