Candidate Requirements
- Strong HR knowledge, including employee relations and employment law, with the ability to provide clear, actionable advice.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, able to simplify complex issues for stakeholders.
- Consultative approach, able to understand needs and deliver practical, tailored solutions.
- Proven relationship-building skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Professionally qualified in HR (or actively pursuing a qualification) and able to travel to offices or client sites as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, commercially aware guidance on day-to-day HR and employment matters.
- Partner with organisations to enhance HR frameworks, introducing effective tools and processes to support growth.
- Lead complex, high-impact people projects, aligning stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Support leadership teams with HR policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
- Help build inclusive, values-driven workplace cultures where teams can thrive.
- Coach and advise managers, serving as a trusted point of contact for people-related questions and leadership development.
